  4. Emergency Management : In the event of an incident or emergency, quickly coordinate an appropriate response, whether by dispatching another taxi, contacting emergency services or notifying the customer.
  5. Race monitoring : Monitor the progress of races in real time to ensure that everything is going well and intervene in the event of a problem.
  6. Problem Resolution : Handle customer and driver complaints or concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
  7. Reporting : Prepare daily reports on number of trips, incidents, customer feedback, etc.
